- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
- Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)
- After inspection and approval, a credit note or replacement will be issued.
- Return shipping charges (if applicable) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
